An e-gift card is a digital voucher that you can purchase and send instantly. The recipient can redeem it on our website for any item, including our full range of Africana textiles

Do you offer physical gift cards?

At the moment, we only offer e-gift cards, which are delivered by email for convenience.

What amounts can I buy?

E-gift cards are available in several denominations. You can choose the amount that suits your budget.

How do I purchase an e-gift card?

Simply select the value, add it to your basket, and checkout like a normal order. Once payment has been made, the e-gift card will be emailed to the recipient.

How long does it take to receive an e-gift card?

Delivery is almost instant. You or they will receive an email confirmation, and the recipient will get their e-gift card shortly after transfer has been made.

Can I schedule delivery for a special occasion?

Yes! You can choose a specific date for the e-gift card email to be sent, making it perfect for birthdays or celebrations.

Where can I use my e-gift card and can i use it with promotions or sales?

At checkout, enter the unique gift card code in the “Discount Code” box. The amount will be deducted from your order total and yes, you can use your e-gift card on all products, including discounted and sale items.

No. our e-gift cards do not expire, so you can use them whenever you are ready.
