At Hilton Select, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. We may request photographs or videos of the item to assess the issue before approving a return.
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp through our website. Returns must be authorised by Hilton Select before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
As orders are delivered to Nigeria and sourced from the United Kingdom, approved returns may need to be shipped back to the UK. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees may apply. These costs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and communicated before the return is arranged.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with supporting photographs or videos so that we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the international nature of our service and the costs associated with importing products into Nigeria, we do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, incorrect sizing selections, or items ordered in error. Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:
- Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care products that have been opened or used.
- Perishable goods.
- Custom-made, personalised, or special-order products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, the original item must first be returned and inspected before a replacement item can be arranged.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Please note that original shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed fault with the product.
