Once your order has been placed, an agent will contact you for proof of transfer receipt. If payment is not made within 2 hours of placing the order, your order will be cancelled. Please note, we only accept bank transfers only.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We deliver door to door secure service to Abuja, Lagos, Kaduna and Kano. Our shipment leaves every week on Wednesday or Thursday and will arrive within 6-7 days from departure.
Shipping costs are are inclusive with your items and offer free shipping with every order however a minumum of 800,000₦ must be spent in order to qualify.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occur. If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us via the chat widget and our team will investigate the matter and work to resolve any issues promptly.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, as orders may quickly move into processing after that time.
